Brake Pads

The brake pads convert the kinetic energy of the car into heat by friction. The brake calipers contain two brake pads whose friction surfaces face the rotor. When the brake is hydraulically applied, the caliper clamps or squeezes the two gaskets into the rotary rotor to slow down / stop the vehicle. When the brakes are heated by contact with the rotor, it transfers a small amount of friction material onto the disc to make it gray. Brake pads and discs then "stick" to each other to provide friction to prevent the vehicle.

In disc brake applications, each disc rotor typically has two brake pads held in place and driven by a caliper fixed to the hub or suspension. While almost all road vehicles have only two brakes per caliper, the racing caliper can use up to six mats with different friction characteristics to achieve optimum performance in staggered manner. Depending on the nature of the material, the disc wear rate may vary. It is usually necessary to replace the brake pads on a regular basis (depending on the friction material), and most of the brakes are equipped with a way to warn the driver. Some are made with a small central groove, and finally disappearing through wear and tear indicates that the pad is nearing its end of its useful life. The other is formed with a thin soft metal strip, similar to the position, when exposed by wear, the brakes will be screamed in an audible way. And some other cushion metal sheet embedded in the cushion material, when the brake film thinning, it closes the circuit and lights the dashboard warning light.

We provide majorly two different kind of formulation
Semi-metallic materials - Synthetic materials are mixed with some proportions of sheet metal. These are harder and more resistant to fading and longer than non-metallic mats, but at the expense of increased rotor / drum wear and must be replaced more quickly. In order to produce the braking torque, they also need more force than non-metallic pads.

Ceramic & copper free ceramic materials - made of clay and tiles with copper and filaments, which are a good compromise between the durability of metal pads and the grip and fade resistance of synthetic varieties. However, their main drawback is that, unlike the previous three types, despite the presence of copper (which has high thermal conductivity), ceramic pads usually do not dissipate heat well, which may eventually lead to brake pads or other system part twisted. However, because the ceramic material makes the brake sound rise more than the sound of the human hearing, so they are very quiet.
